LTC expands into Germany

LTC expands into Germany

Great news! In January 2018, Stadt Bergisch Gladbach will become the first German municipality to officially start using a solution from LTC Public Works & Permits. This will not only be for permits from utility or construction companies, but also to enquiries from individuals. The solution has been specially adapted to suit the German market.

The volume of permit applications has significantly increased in recent years in German municipalities, for instance for temporary obstacles such as skips, cranes, putting up scaffolding, no parking zones, terrace permits, events and excavation works.

In spite of extra manpower, speedy processing of all the applications could not be guaranteed in Stadt Bergisch Gladbach and little to no time remained for compulsory field checks by supervisors.

It was important for Stadt Bergisch Gladbach that the application not only brought advantages for internal processing, but would also save time and reduce the amount of work for those applying for permits. Using LTC meets all these requirements and is therefore the perfectsolution for this problem.

In mid-December 2017, all employees will be trained and by January 2018, they will officially start using LTC Meldungen & Genehmigungen.
